Can I put van finance on DMP?

Hi all,
Been lurking this forum for a while now and it’s been comforting reading other people are in the same boat as me and have found a solution with light at the end of the tunnel with a DMP. I was completely drowning in debt due to a business failure until I started reading this forum.

I’m in the middle of defaulting my loans & ccs to eventually enter a DMP.
I have a van on finance and literally cannot afford the payments on it, £370 a month. Can I voluntarily terminate my finance agreement, and then put the finance into my future DMP?

If you voluntarily terminate a HP agreement and end up with a shortfall debt that can be put into a dmp0
