...the claims are from 2017 and have just arrived at my door.

Can I post something here, please?
    How many claims?

What are the Issue Dates on your County Court Claim Forms?

Have you filed an Acknowledgment of Service?
If so, upon what date did you do so?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.

    That's fine.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So you have one Claim covering four PCNs, and your father has another Claim. Is that right?

    Let's keep this simple.
I would suggest that you use this thread for your one Claim covering those four PCNs and you start another thread about your father's problem. In that thread you will need to be more explicit about the RK/owner/driver difference.

So let's concentrate here on your Claim covering four PCNs...

With a Claim Issue Date of 18th November, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service on 21st November, you have until 4pm on Friday 16th December 2022 to file your Defence.

That's almost four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

Plan A is always a complaint to the landowner and manging agent and your MP, and it is never too late to do so
Your father needs to do the same.

Look at your property rental agreement/lease/AST/property ownership documents including head lease if there is one.
This will have primacy of contract over anything an unregulated private parking company has to say.

See what it says about PPCs, PCNs, paying PCNs, court, and the right to quiet enjoyment. What it doesn't say is just as important.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

Don't worry about that - you will looked after. Please post.
