Flexible Reversionary Trust - IHT400

Currently trying to settle my late Mother's estate. In 1999 she invested a sum in a product which was an offshore Investment Bond held in a Flexible Reversionary Trust, no additions were made to the original investment and no income was ever taken by my Mother. In 2021 the trustees assigned the bond to the beneficiaries and the trust was wound up.
My understanding is that after 7yrs the original investment and subsequent growth were outside of her estate for IHT purposes but not sure if I need to declare the trust on the IHT400 given that the trust was wound up a year before she passed?
I can cope with most of the IHT400 schedules but the Trust schedule looks far from straight forward. Flexible Reversionary Trusts appear to be something of a niche area, have already spoken to one solicitor and even they admitted they were not that familiar with them.

See https://www.gov.uk/hmrc-internal-manuals/inheritance-tax-manual/ihtm20561 and the following two pages. It ought not to need to be reported if it was done properly, because the initial investment was the gift, and she survived for seven years after making it. In certain circumstances it can affect the tax on other gifts, but not if made more than fourteen years before death, as is the case here.1

Jeremy, many thanks for the reply and for the useful link. Having read the IHT manual pages in the link, I have decided not to include any figures relating to the trust in the return but will make them aware of the trusts former existence in the 'Additional Notes' page of the IHT400. I will also include a copy of the trust deed and leave the ball in their court if the want to query it.
