Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone has ever returned anything after using the £20 off welcome code? I have seen a pair of boots I like at £49 but I don't know which size to get so I was going to get both since it is free returns. This takes my order over the £50 limit to get the £20 discount. When I go to refund the second pair of boots, will I get £49 or £29 back?

I returned a pair of shoes yesterday. I paid £39 for the shoes and £69 for some boots. I am keeping the boots. I was refunded £35.77 on the shoes. Looking at my receipt, I was refunded the postage of 3.99.0

I had my order cancelled so i lost the welcome code,so i just tried signing up with a different email addy and it says invalid code,has it finished or am i doing something wrong,any ideas?0

It's still working for me today (2nd time) - it says 'basket updated' when you add it. 'invalid code' suggests you might have mistyped or put wrong code in? (I did that the 1st time)June GC 21st May - 20th June (£78/£200)0 -
