Need to replace my sketchers

Hi everyone, this is my first post!
I hope someone can help, my everyday sketchers are three years old and now letting in water. After some research via google I can see some people recommending new balance and addias. However, I'm heavy footed and usually replace the insoles every four months or so.
This time, I'm thinking of a different brand or an ankle type boot as sketchers quality at the moment appears not to be great, and wondered if you can suggest some other pairs?

Depends an awful lot on your aesthetic preferences and what sort of use you'll be putting them to. For longevity you can do a lot worse than Dr. Martens. Not cheap, but they last forever. I still have a pair of DM shoes that I bought about 15 years ago, still going strong. They're well-known for their "bovver-boy" boots, but they do a huge range of boots, shoes, allsorts.

I wouldn’t ever change my Skechers, adidas are not as comfortable or offer as much support in my opinion. But everyone is different so what I find extremely comfortable, you may not.I usually replace my Skechers every 2 years or so as well as alternating different styles of them.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. I've had some success buying Sketchers second-hand on eBay. The ones I bought had only been worn a couple of times. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.1
