    0870 = 8p per minute, good value considering it costs far more to run a call center.

    However, I thought the point of the call centre was to assist the customer in buying your products, not making money.
    You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.

    im still finding it had to get around the dell website cant seem to get the prices down i think i maybe asking for to much for to little.im going on holiday in 4 weeks and really dont have £450 to spend my lack of computer skills and understanding is not helping.the things i would really like are flatscreen do i need pentium or not i think it would be better to be able to upgrade the graphics so son and hubby can play games i need a modem for my bargain hunting and the bad bit i dont really want to pay more then £350 at a push a bit more.im on the laptop at the moment and that keeps cutting off its driving me mad.

    any help would be great as i have no clue what im doing if anyone knows of any bargains please let me know
