I'm currently paying into a bankruptcy cpa or whatever it is called. 

I've lost all the paperwork to do with my income and expenditure information that I provided back in 2021, (I've since been dischsrged) 

With the increasing cost of living I wanted to take a look at it before I got in touch with Advantis Credit who I'm making payments to. 

Can I contact advantis to provide a copy they have? Assuming they were given a copy by the OR

Do you mean an IPA? If you want to change it you need to talk to the OR.

Yeh thats the name of it, and IPA.

I will find my OR Contact info and get in touch with them ttoday. I Found the declared expenditure paperwork last night, and just as an example. my combined Gas and electric cost at time of declaration was approx £120 a month. Its now just shy of £200. On top of that Groceries cost is going through the roof ! As is everyone else, we are obviously all struggling.

Hi, I am thinking the same, my availabile funds on the ie form I declared was actually more than my IPA is (I think I was a bit hard on myself). I hope the OR is as generous the next time they assess. If it's a different OR they might be tight as.

I was going to say also you can login to the Insolvency service website and download all forms and correspondence to do with your bankruptcy

I have spoken to a very friendly, Helpful and none judgemental agent at Advantis (never thought I'd hear myself say that) who has temporarily frozen my account/payments until a full review of my circumstances has been done. Just awaiting forms to arrive. Which they said will be sent by email.
