The competition is open to all UK and EU residents aged over 18 years or over.

The winners of this competition will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the organiser.

The winners will be notified by Gear4music replying to their comment within 14 days of the closing date. Gear4music will then contact the winner via email. Gear4music will also pin a comment on the 80k subscriber giveaway video with the three chosen winners. The winners will only ever be contacted by Gear4music.

If a winner has not met the requirements for participation, cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prizes from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The chosen winners will need to provide the organiser with their Gear4music account number via email. The prizes will be sent to the address provided by the winner by courier, parcel service or post. Delivery is free of charge. Alternatively, the prize will be available for collection from Gear4music’s UK showroom at the following address: Kettlestring Lane, York, YO30 4XF, United Kingdom.
