National Express website - account problems

Options
For three days I've been trying to book a return journey for later this month.
I sign in to my account, provide day and time and railcard information.
List of the outward journey possibilities appears - I select one - but then it whirls round and doesn't move on saying that it is "searching for the best fares and times" (when it has already provided a list).  
So it does not move on for me to select a return journey or purchase a ticket.

Am I alone in having this problem?
