I entered a competition on GoodHouse Keeping, received an e-mail from DRMI saying that I had won. Dated 16/09/22, I waited for 28 days, but no prize, contacted GoodHouse Keeping. NO response.
Tried there Facebook page, No response.
Sent a e-mail to DRMI, then received an e-mail, saying they would try to contact GoodHouse Keeping.
Sent a e-mail to: GHKcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com
Received an e-mail asking for more information, so I sent the e-mail I received off of DRMI. Checking their web site, I found that I had won the prize on the 30/07/22. (6 weeks before I received the winning e-mail.)
Then I received an e-mail off of GoodHouse Keeping asking for the same information, that I had sent, but from another person, sent the same e-mail to them, NO response.
So I sent all party's, an e-mail, saying that I would take It to ASA,
Received a e-mail off of DRMI, saying that the sponsor, who put up the prize, has gone out of business.
I thought that was that, NO PRIZE.
Two days later I when on google, typed In the name of the company, to find that they where still trading.
So I sent an e-mail back to DRMI, telling them, what I had found out, and was preparing an e-mail for the ASA.
DRMI sent me an e-mail, reaffirming that the sponsor had gone out of business. But offered me an Amazon voucher, for £30:00, as this is what the prize was worth.
I am posting this for compers to persevere, to get what you won.

Thanks for sharing this! I had an email from P&G saying I had won a supersavvy competition I had entered for an electric toothbrush worth £500. I waited the 28 days and have emailed them back twice but with no response. I will look for other ways to contact them to chase this up after reading your post - thanks for sharing!1
