Hi All,

The state pension is paid 1 month in arrears - however I cannot find any info to indicate that it is paid for 1 month after death - anybody know ? - cheers

It is (generally) paid 4 weeks in arrears, not 1 month, and at the end of the 4 weeks you get paid what is due.  Entitlement ceases on death and anything due up to then will be paid.  There is no entitlement after death although any overpaid amounts are unlikely to be reclaimed.

I disagree, the letters are sent out asking for overpayments and it’s up to the executor whether they comply
