Can Tax Free Childcare be used after the child turns 12?

Does anyone know whether you can continue to use the amount built-up in your TFC account once the child turns 12? If not, are you allowed to withdraw the whole amount once the child turns 12, or only your own contribution without the government contribution? Thanks.
