Just wondering what chances of remortgaging would be releasing 20k equity and what TL rates might look like.
Value of property 210k
mortgage remaining 94k
1 missed payment of store card a month ago
CCJ satisfied, though not showing satisfied on credit report. Have letter confirming paid and is 5.5 years old.
currently in my £200 overdraft after repairs on property.
combined income is 67k
Many thanks,

@Newheight13 Will depend on the details and what exactly your credit reports look like, but generally speaking, assuming no nasties you should be able to access mainstream rates, either through a mainstream lender or a smaller BS that doesn't credit-score.
If you can wait, to stand the best chance of passing credit-scoring with a mainstream lender, I would recommend considering waiting till the credit report shows the CCJ as satisfied and the store card account back in the green.Newheight13 said:Just wondering what chances of remortgaging would be releasing 20k equity and what TL rates might look like.Value of property 210k
