Quote for JA Solar 405W Panels & SolarEdge Optimers - good or not?

8 x JA Solar 405W Panels, 1 SolarEdge 3000H Inverter, 8 x SolarEdge Optimisers & Assoc kit = £4057
Installation would be a further £2520 inc VAT which means total of £6577
I don't need a battery but checked that one could be retro-fitted if necessary.
Any thoughts on quote and/or panels. Any questions I should ask?

Expensive. The components shouldn't cost that much.
The panels are £1240
The inverter is £640
The SE Optimisers are £480
That's £2360, the rails and cables are a few hundred more.
Also there shouldn't be any VAT on that system.

You’ll pay a rate of either 5% or 0% VAT when certain energy-saving products are installed in your home if you’re eligible.
Not all products or installations qualify for the lower rate and you cannot buy or install them yourself.
Your installer will be responsible for charging you the correct rate of VAT.
The rate you pay and your eligibility depends on whether you are in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) or Northern Ireland.
If you’re in Great Britain
You’ll pay a rate of 0% VAT on both:
certain products supplied by your installer
the cost of all work to install those products in your home
