ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries via online the www.itv.com/winwebsite (“Website”) on Tuesday 8 November 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Tuesday 29 November 2022.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place by one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the two (2) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will each win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize for each winner consisting of an e-voucher to spend online at https://www.executive-shaving.co.uk/ worth £150 (one hundred and fifty pounds) (the ‘voucher’). The winners can redeem their voucher by entering their unique voucher number in the ‘Add Gift Gard Code” box at checkout. The value of any monetary balance of the voucher may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. Please note that no change or refund will be given on purchase(s) made with the voucher. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional voucher codes or to pay for Executive Shaving gift vouchers.

The voucher must be used within twenty-four (24) months from the date of winner contact (“Expiry Date”). If the winners do not use their voucher by the Expiry Date, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and the voucher will be treated as void.

The balance of the voucher cannot be refunded if it is lost, stolen or destroyed. The prize provider and the Promoter do not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.
