Clydesdale mortgages online account

Hi all

I recently completed on my clydesdale mortgage - I have had the letter about first payment etc.

One thing I can’t find anywhere is how to login to manage my account online or if you even can? Their website seems abit of a mash between clydesdale and Virgin at the moment - does anyone with a Clydesdale mortgage know if they do have some sort of online portal where you can manage things like balance / over payments etc?

I would call and ask but last time was on hold for 2 hours!

Through the Virgin Money login, then select the product to login to

Thanks signed up but when I login and enter a mortgage account number it errors - I maybe entering the wrong thing just trying the numbers on my first payment letter - I guess I may need to contact them!
