How to turn £5,000 into £50,000 during the next recession

That was the point of my post, it was possible to do this, but over a long period of time rather than in the short termsubjecttocontract said:

Not saying it is not possible but if it was easy everyone would have done it.
Be careful not to gamble your £5k away.
