Cashback sites V Perks At Work

Hi all. We just got Perks at Work with my workplace. It seems to me very similar offers to Quidco etc. But often using wow points which you convert to cash for money off, instead of actual cashback. I wondered if anyone had done an in depth comparison or had any thoughts on Perks?
