Server Error in '/' Application

Hi

I have just got a Macbook and am getting this when I try to log in one website.

Is there something I can do to fix it?

Probably not, it sounds like the website is broken.

I can get everything else on their website.

Then the login part of the website is broken.

Try a different browser.

On my windows pc, sometimes websites like the BBC are broken in firefox, but work in chrome.

I am using Google Chrome when I get this, but when I go to firefox and click log in, nothing happens.

The circle just keeps rotating.

It's only happened recently.  3 days ago I paid a bill after I logged in.

They are asking me to send them a screenshot but I don't know how to do that on this Macbook.

I will try a friend's computer tomorrow.

How are you accessing the website?

eg

• Clicking a link in an email
• Googling it
• Typing the URL
• Using your bookmarks?

The reason I ask is that error occurs with a mis-typed URL.

Bookmarks and Google Tall.

I could log in until 3 days ago.

It's my first time with a Macbook and I have found a few problems since I got it 2 weeks ago.

Sounds like a website issue. Would really help if you could share the link but I understand if you can't.

I tried shift - command - 3 which Tadley said,

I'm not really computer savvy.

It says runtime error then a load of computer jargon.

My friend has my old computer and I will try it tomorrow.
