Love2Shop Vouchers, Scam??

I recently completed 2 online surveys for the Food Standards Agency via Ipsos and received by email two Love2Shop E vouchers worth £10 each.
But I'm finding it infuriating and completely baffling as to how I'm supposed to register or redeem these vouchers on the Love2Shop site.
Twice I've tried to set up an account but then each time I try to login it says details not recognised, I'm also getting warning pop ups from my antivirus saying that the Love2Shop site is a phishing site!
I have contacted them but even with the links they provide in their replies I still have the same problems.
Can someone explain to me in very simple terms as I'm obviously being a bit thick, how on earth are you supposed to register and redeem Love2Shop E vouchers that you've received?

Vouchers can be redeemed directly in several shops.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

Thank you for the replies, I guess it must be a combination of my devices or browsers (and antivirus) not liking their clunky and flawed website that means I just keep going round in circles and hitting brick walls when trying to create an account and register my vouchers.
I've never encountered such a range of other problems when using any other retailer, utility company, cashback site etc etc
