i bought my second home had to pay stamp duty of 10.000 i want to claim this back im not selling my first home but gifting it to my daughter.
will i be able to claim stamp duty back or will i have to sell it and i want her to take over the current mortgage of 90,000.
whats the best way to do it ??

A bit more info required.When did you buy your second home?
Have you now moved into that home?Is your daughter living in your first home?0 -
Your daughter can't just 'take over' your mortgage. Your mortgage must be discharged and she'll need to obtain a mortgage herself.No free lunch, and no free laptop
