LOOSE WOMEN PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Cash prize provider and Promoter, STV Group PLC and the Hotel and Hamper prize provider as applicable, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to the Loose Women programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 4 November 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 3.00pm on Friday 11 November 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Friday 18 November 2022.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.

· SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword WIN orWINNER to 81119; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the Website.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”). Any Entry Credit(s) used in this Prize Draw will also contribute to the Cap.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize consisting of £10,000 pounds cash (the “Cash”), four-night stay at The Swan Hotel & Spa for four (4) people and one (1) spa hamper.

(i) Cash

This element of the prize consists of £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) Stay at The Swan Hotel & Spa

This element consists of a stay at The Swan Hotel & Spa, Newby Bridge, Cumbria (“Hotel”) and includes the following:

o a four-night accommodation for the winner and three (3) companions at the Hotel based on four (4) people sharing either a family room, a cottage or two (2) bedrooms at the winner’s choice subject to availability at the time of booking,

o breakfast on each day; 

o dinner on each evening at the Hotel’s restaurant(s) (subject to availability) up to £40 (forty pounds) per person per day (“Dinner Allowance”); and

o one (1) 45-minute spa treatment per person (“Treatment”) at the winner’s choice (subject to availability) and two (2) hour access to the Holte Spa thermal suite per person (“Spa”) to be taken-up on one (1) day of the winner and their companion(s) stay.

The Dinner Allowance will be added to the winner’s room on check-in to the Hotel. The Dinner Allowance can be spent against food and drinks (including alcohol) in any of Hotel’s restaurant(s). The Dinner Allowance may not be exchange for a cash equivalence or alternative, and any unspent Dinner Allowance will be forfeited. The winner will be responsible for paying any additional costs over and above the Dinner Allowance. Alcohol will only be offered to the winner’s companion(s) aged 18 or over.

Please note that companion(s) under the age of 16 will not be permitted to: (i) receive a Treatment; and (ii) use or access the Spa and other facilities (including accompanying a person over 18 years old). Where the companion(s) are aged between 16 and 17 years old, the only available Treatment will be a ‘facial’ which will be supervised (in the same room) by the winner, another companion aged 18 years old or over, a parent or legal guardian. Where the winner’s companion(s) are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. 

The prize must be booked and taken up within twenty-four (24) months of winner confirmation but cannot be taken during the following blackout periods: (i) 16 December to 2 January (inclusive); and (ii) 14 July to 4 September (inclusive). Please note that bookings of the stay, dinners and Treatment are subject to availability therefore the Promoter recommends the winner to book the prize and the elements of the prize in advance.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The Prize excludes transport to and from the Hotel, meals, drinks and treatments (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.

(iii) A spa hamper

This element of the prize consists of one (1) hamper of spa products (“Spa Hamper”) including the following:

o Hydramemory Cream;

o Hydramemory Eye Gel;

· Ground:

o The Peat Ritual;
