Lifetime Tracker BEBR +0.17%

Our current mortgage is a Lifetime Tracker BEBR +0.17%. We have about £35,000 left on this mortgage and at present, I'm inclined to stay with this rate, rather than move to a fixed rate. I've checked with our current lender, and the best-fixed rates I can get are all over 5%.
I'm thinking that even if interest rates go to 5% or more, we will be in a better position when the rates come down as we are on a tracker.

@neildt With that loan size, I would stay on the lifetime tracker, you're not going to get that kind of a deal again.neildt said:Our current mortgage is a Lifetime Tracker BEBR +0.17%.
