NatWest valuation for mortgage lead times?

Hi everyone. I accepted an offer on my flat beginning of October and the buyers are currently going through the mortgage process with NatWest International (part of Bank of Scotland International). However, no one from NatWest International has sent anyone over to my flat yet to do the valuation. It's been over 3 weeks now.
Is there an issue wiht NatWest valuations/back log does anyone know? I am buying a new flat and the mortgage valuation for that flat was organised almost day after I kicked off the mortgage process, so v quickly.
My buyer is chasing NatWest International regularly but they just saying there is a backlog. I would like to complete early December but trying to ascertain the lead time on th valuation of my flat.
Thanks in advance

@alstemp I can't speak for NatWest International but if their processes and backroom staff are the same as Natwest (the normal one), they were incredibly backed up until recently and if your buyer applied 3 weeks ago that was right in the thick of it when they received a flood of applications. They only instruct a valuation at the initial assessment stage which until recently was taking a few weeks.
Again, this may or may not be the same for NatWest Intl.
Plus, you might not know about the valuation at all as it can often be a desktop or drive-by one, not all valuations require an internal inspection (which is when you or the EA is contacted for an appointment).alstemp said:Hi everyone. re: valuationYeah. I was sat working by the upstairs window. I saw a car pull up. They stepped out with their tablets. Looked for 30 seconds. Then got back in their car and drove off. I'd never had known if I'd not been at the window.1
