CMA refusing to collect arrears

Hi so my disabled child is owed more than £9,000 in arrears and the CMA have refused a collection service. I’ve been to tribunal and won  , but now all the arrears are missing from my account . Has anyone else had a refuse to collect ?  Oh by the way HE WORKS for DWP

Are you saying that the arrears were paid into your account, but then disappeared? If so, you need to ask for an explanation.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

Think we might need a bit more information on this one...

    1. You went a tribunal and won - this awarded you arrears of £9000? When was this?
    2. What arrangements were stipulated for payment? Have you received anything?
    3. Are you currently receiving payments?
    4. What exactly have you asked CMS to do on your behalf?
    5. What exactly have they told you in response?
    6. Have you spoken to CMS about the missing arrears? What have they said?
    7. Have CMS told you they are writing off the arrears?

  • Are the arrears from the old CSA?

CMS write and ask you to sign whether you want the arrears to be written off or not, when they took over?

If you’ve won at Tribunal they will definitely collect, are you sure he’s still employed?
