1. The promoter is Secret Linen Store whose registered office is at Secret Linen Store, No. 5, Durban Business Centre, Durban Road, PO22 9FE.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Secret Linen Store and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Closing date for entries is midnight on Wednesday 30th November 2022. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the prize promotion and acceptance of the prize. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatsoever reason.
8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Enter your first and last name and email address.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant through any third party connected with this competition.
11. The prize is as follows: £750 gift voucher to spend at Secret Escapes.
12. The winner will require a Secret Escapes account to redeem the voucher so the winner will therefore need to set this account up themselves.
13. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. This winner must use the voucher within 1 year from date of issue. The voucher will expire if not redeemed in this time frame.

16. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter.
17. No other promotional code can be used with this promotion.
18. The winner will be notified of winning the prize by email before Friday 9th December 2022. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
19. The promoter will notify the winner regarding when, where and how the prize can be collected.
20. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
21. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
22. The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material, including print and online and other forms of media that is created in the future.
23. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
