Bt Broadband

I have been with BT Broadband Talk Service for nearly two years and it has not been right since day one. It has been on going issues but last fews days they have got their act together and hopefully problems and issues would get sorted. I have very disruptive internet and telephone service and also hours spend on the phone to them which adds stress too. Will it be possible for me to ask for compensation?

  • If you can prove that you have lost out financially - yes if not no.
eg if you have had telephone calls say rerouted to a mobile phone and it has cost you more to ring those people back than it would on a land line then that might constitute a loss as would having say to take a day off work to wait in for an engineer to call to do some work on your equipment.
