  • Freddos and friends are new? I saw an article recently proclaiming Freddos to be tastier than other Cadbury products because they are manufactured in ROI (where the recipient hasn't changed) rather than Birmingham which hasn't churned out tasty chocolate for decades.
No man is worth crawling on this earth.

So much to read, so little time.
  • I wish Lidl/Aldi did an equivalent with their own chocs, then I'd buy a box :)

  • My cousin buys all her choc and crisps over the border (in the ROI). She says they really are much superior. I don't know if it's because they use local water/milk in the manufacturing process perhaps.

I bought a tub of Quality Street from Tesco for £3.50 (Clubcard price) last week; on opening it, my first impression was that it wasn't very full.
On inspection, they appear to have gone down from 650g to 600g, so that's shrinkflation for you.
Also, some of the sweets had the new wrappers which don't say "Quality" to me.
