Monese Supermarket E-gift card

Hi

Just used an Asda e-gift card and if not for a very patient customer services lady would have really struggled. When you open the card in the Monese app only part of the barcode shows on the screen. Does anyone know how to get round this? Ideally I would like to print it but don't know how. There is a print icon but nothing happens when you click it.

You should be able to print your Asda e-gift card barcode from your email when you received it usually or it should show up on your account? but I’ve never heard of monese, do they have live chat?

Thanks for the reply. Monese is a banking app. They have a regular promotion in gift cards with 10% off. Unfortunately you have to open the gift card in the banking app which is the root of the problem.

Yes but I would prefer some real world experience. I trust forum members much more.

Sounds like a useful voucher offer (even though it's a pain to use). I'll download and try it out!
