:mad: I have recently ordered a guitar thing, for a Xmas present from WWW.RINO.NET paid through paypal,.... please read email communication below- I have deleted all address's. where do you think I stand with this as customer??

The terms and conditions of paypal does not allow sellers to send item to alternative addresses other than what is received on PAYPAL.
To request sending to alternative addresses is illegal and forbidden by paypal.
As users of paypal we follow paypal terms and conditions of usage.

Please see below a copy & paste of 'order review' I am including this to bring to your attention the 'Delivery Address' stated. At no point during the buying process does it state items will be sent to Paypal address, I would also like to add that payment screen offers no other payment method, So I feel if Paypal is the only payment method offered, & you don't use the delivery address registered with the website this should at least be brought customers attention, Why do I need to register a delivery address with the website if this is not going to be used?light of this I would request a replacement is sent to the delivery address which was on the Order Review screen. Please note that the address we received was address above and not what you mentioned in your email! Doesnt matter whether the transaction is through ebay or not, Paypal's rules stay the same.

If the seller doesnt post to a confirmed address they are inellidgible for seller protection. They need to refund your payment and you need to confirm your address, or you could ask them to accept a bank transfer?

I see its already been posted. Unfortunately the onus is on you to keep an up to date, verified paypal address. The seller is not at fault in any way here and meets Paypals criteria completely. Do you no longer live at that address?

They have sent it to my old address already that's the problem!

No I dont, but I was under the impression as it asks for a delivery adress, this is where it would be sent not a paypal address.

Unfortunately not no, if you paid with Paypal, for any company they will always ship to the address on file with paypal.
