or if expenses are the same offer them exactly what you did when you were with stepchange.
or create a fresh sao for them to match what you are currently paying them by moving things up or down to suit.

maybe your wages have gone up, but so has bills, the point is you create a Sao to suit what is generally acceptable.

to you and to them. but don't go overboard in presenting that you have more money to give than you need to give them

think the hassle probably started as when you are with a debt charity ,the charity check every 6 or 12 months to see if everything is the same, but as you are doing it in your own, when was the last time you gave any creditors a up to date sao , over a year ago??

you could create an account in the creditors website today and fill in their SAO form, then that will get them off your back.

they don't ask for proof like gas bills, wage slips, just fill it in to suit

when you go with stepchange, they don't want to see gas bills either, all step change want is proof of wage slips, but creditors dont in my experience.

the only time they get intricate is when you ask them to write the debt off, then they want lots of proof and evidence
Christians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. Give them a call !! ( You don't have to be a Christian ! )

I have received a letter from Westcott debt Agency stating that because I have not replied to any communication,  they have done a publicly information search to check that I'm living at that address is this normal and should I be concerned.

Presumably you are on the electoral roll? Even if you opt out a lot of finance companies have access to the full roll.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

What are they asking you to do in their communciation? Are you paying anything or waiting for defaults?

They are waiting for me to get in touch, but I'm managing my own DMP and have so far avoided doing any affordability checks as I've pretty much used what stepchange said I could afford.
I'm checking this weekend if that's one I'm currently paying back, as Natwest I have 4 debts 1overdraft, 1 loan and 2 credit cards, but only the loan one I haven't made any payments to because I closed my account and have requested their bacs details but nothing, but 99% sure it's that one they've just sold on to these guys.

The ONLY letter you need take note of is a "letter before action".

    Nothing else matters.

I may have explained previously, possibly on another thread, debt collectors will send a raft of standard letters, saying random things to try and rattle you.

Now I don`t know if Wescott own this account or not, has it defaulted yet?

Hi, I've been managing my own repayment plan to all but 2 of my creditors, only because I've requested bank details and they keep pushing for an income and expenditure and login to their website.
I managed to pay Lendable £50 this month but they are constantly emailing me to fill that form in on line before they decide if they can help. But prior to this they sent me a default notice saying that if I don't pay my arrears before 27th March then they may take further action and that I could apply to the courts to make reduced payments, if I don't then they will terminate my loan and all payments and lost interest will be due.
Should I be worried and what action should I take.

The letter is the normal default letter so don't worry about it, they have to word it like that.

You can always make up an E & I to send to these people, it doesn't have to be accurate, just make it fit the fact you can only afford to pay them X They don't see your income or expenditure details they can't ask you to let them see bills etc.
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.
