Nationwide rate-switch: Some existing-customer rates going down from tomorrow

Nationwide is reducing some rate-switch (PT) and additional borrowing rates from tomorrow for existing borrowers. So if you booked a rate-switch in recent weeks that hasn't kicked in yet, it might be worth reviewing. See here for details.
They also appear to be tweaking the PT window down to 5 months from 01 Nov and 4 months from 01 Dec.
Please note:
- The above is based on information provided to intermediaries (brokers) and may or may not apply to direct business.
- Before cancelling any existing rate-switches that you have boked, please clarify with Nationwide what the implications are as there might be a 'cooling-off' period before you can select a new rate-switch.
