No expert in saying whether it's fair or not, but by way of comparison I got
    20 400kw sharp panels
    8Kw sunsynk inverter
    10 Kw Sunsynk battery
    Tigo optimisers and gateway
    DNO fee
    plus full install
    £16k

Hope you won't mind my saying that quote looks expensive, especially when considering the budget brands on offer.

    Here's a quote I've just seen a week ago:

    26 X 400W All Black SHARP Panels
    26 X SolarEdge Optimizers
      1 X SolarEdge Inverter

25 year warranty on everything. ~£11K installed. Scaffolding/ bird netting are typically extra. I'd suggest always going with quality panel and inverter brands over budget options.

Are you certain you need a battery? If you haven't used this calculator, I'd recommend doing so before adding another £4K to the above total.
    -  10 x 400w LG Bifacial + 6 x 550W SHARP BiFacial + 2 570W SHARP Bifacial + 5kW SolarEdge Inverter + SolarEdge Optimizers. SE London.

    -  Triple aspect. (33% ENE.33% SSE. 34% WSW)

    -  Viessmann 200-W on Advanced Weather Comp. (The most efficient gas boiler sold)
