Any problems with Empire Direct

I just can't seem to get through to them. I purchased something at the weekend, paid by paypal and haven't received any communication whatsoever. I feel uncomfortable about that as I have also tried faxing them which also didn't work. I have attempted various email options which have had failed delivery reports. Can anyone help!!

I found Empire Direct very poor on communication.

As the site wasn't working properly after I placed my order, I was unable to retrieve any details. I was on the phone over 40 minutes to ask when my TV I ordered would be delivered.

When I eventually got through they gave me a delivery day and said they couldn't give me a delivery time but would ring 30 minutes before drop off which they did.

Poor communication, but I wouldn't worry.

As the above post stated don't worry. I ordered a sat nav from them a fortnight ago, and didn't hear a thing from them for over week. When I did it was just an answerphone message to say the item was in and availible for collection from the store - I selected that option thinking it might be quicker....
