Blue light card delays?

Hi all.

Is anyone having issues registering or renewing their blue light card? I renewed my BLC on 11th Oct (old card is now expired).  I've paid and submitted my work ID but not recieved anything yet. I've sent a couple of emails and raised a ticket on their ticketing system. No reply to anything! The app just says 'Card status: card printing' which it has been saying for over 2 weeks now.

Is anyone else having the same problem or does anyone know another way to contact BLC (they don't seem to have  working phone number).

They are an absolute nightmare and have been for a good few months now I'm afraid. 

I messaged them back in early August (!) to get my name changed to my married name on my account. My card was lost at the time so I reported it as such. All they've done is repeatedly reinstate my card - which I no longer have - and ignore my emails, facebook messenger messages and instagram messages to actually read the ticket I've submitted. Last contact I had from them was 3 week ago saying they need my marriage certificate again which they've had three times now. 

If you look on their facebook page you'll see that the problems are widespread and a lot of people are very annoyed.
