Voluntary NI Contributions

I want to make Voluntary NI Contributions for gap years. For this I require 18 digit reference number. When I tried to call NI Help line number 0300 200 3500, it shows up as 'Londra Da Vivere' on call ID and it does not connect.
Is there any other number I can call?
