My Former employer and fraud. please help me!

If you are allegedly still being paid by the previous employer you should have received a P60 each year.

  I wrote to them again and heard back from her accountant whom has said that he has said he has never processed payroll for me nor was I on their payroll after I left. This is despite showing them that there several figures which they are alledgedly reporting to hmrc as my earnings. Several of these figures are different but on the same dates. 

I can also see the employer PAYE reference - can I ask them to confirm this or am I able to find this information else where?

I haven't recieved any p60. When i left i got the p45 and never heard from them until Working tax credits contacted me about a job/salary i did not inform them about.
