Trivial benefits - shareholder employee

My wife and and I operate a limited co., 51-49%. We're both PAYE employees of the company, she's a director and I'm not.
I am aware that the trivial benefit limit for directors of closed companies is £300/year. My question was - does the same cap apply for me as a shareholder employee?
Thanks in advance 🙏

Your cap is £300 also, because you are an employee, who is not a director, but you are a family member of a director. See EIM21870:
