Moving from OC to pension and effecting Council tax

Hi. Under UC rules the amount of council tax can change from 100% 75% 50% 25% and 0%
As I am now going onto state pension plus a private pension, can anyone tell me how this system works and what are the CT breaks as I have been given a mid term CT bill?
