What am I doing wrong. I have a Love2shop E flexcash card for £25.

I went online to Iceland, ordered shopping.

went to pay, there was no option to add the card number as in gift voucher, only a promo code. I did try the number in the promo section, but wouldn’t work

help please and thank you

This is for their own gift cards so I imagine it's the same for others.
Unfortunately Gift Cards are not accepted for online grocery orders

I've used the purple love2shop card online at Iceland ok, I just put it in like a normal bank card . Not sure if the flexcash is the same ?
