in Reclaim mortgage fees, council tax, etc
Hi I live in a three storey sandwiched between two terrace style houses. We all have 3 bedrooms. I am in band c and they are in band B. I don't understand why I pay more. I want to challenge it but a bit wary.

    If your house has 3 storeys and the other houses have only 2, then this could mean your house is larger and thus worth more, hence the higher band. 
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
