Breakdown at work - facing disciplinary action

  • Not good news but here is my last story:-
I had an NHS appointed OT accompany me to my last disciplinary , There was evidence that discrimination was the factor in my favour, and I declared in the interview I have a medical diagnosis which is covered by AOP's.
So I asked for all CCTV footage but strangely one of the most up to date cctv systems was offline at the time of incident, and controlled by the person alleging what had happened, so gross misconduct it was according to their investigation.
OT told me he sees it all the time where companies and business along with HR know how to get round the law.
Out of work for 2 years now and no hope to return , CV is like a minefield.
But I am part of the 95% unemployed adults with a psychological disorder.
