Deed of Assignment

I have had a deed of assignment placed on my HMRC tax records with a company called Carwood Ltd who I do not know the HMRC have sent a tax refund to them and told me to take it up with them they gave me the incorrect  phone number and said all future tax refunds would also be sent to this company I have tried to trace these people and sent recorded mail emails phone with no luck at all. I am at my wits end I have been told that Carwood need to sign a form to take the deed of assignment off my own tax records but I cannot find them to do this  I have rang citizens advice who said send a letter I have reported it to Fraud people who gave me a crime number but had never heard of deed of assignment HMRC won't help although its my recordsI just don't know who to turn to.
Can someone offer any advice

Have you ever filled in an online (Facebook etc) form to get marriage tax allowance? Ppi tax?

A deed of assignment doesn't apply to all future tax refunds.

It applies to any future tax refunds for a specific period of time.

It can't include future tax years.

35% plus VAT - just awful. But, even worse, from their T & Cs -

Tax Rebate and Fees

By signing the Declaration to Act and our Letter of Assignment, in favour of Carwood Accountancy, you unconditionally and irrevocably instruct HMRC to release, assign and repay to Carwood Accountancy any tax rebate arising.
