Teachers Pension - Early Retirement

I am a 42-year-old teacher with about 14 years' service. My annual salary is around £40,000 with most of my pension being based on the Career Average Scheme.
I wish to retire as early as possible, which I believe will be at age 58 (10 years before the National Pension Age).
The Teachers Pension Scheme offers AAB Buy Out and Faster Accrual options. Which should I go for and why?
Alternatively, is it better to just invest in a SIPP/LISA?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

I'd recommend having a look at this site for teacher's pension/retirement issues, the author is very helpful:

Personally I have decided to make separate additional contributions (AVC) which I'm going to draw on to fill the income gap before my TPS income starts (mix of age 65 and 68). I'm not going to try and claim that I believe that is definitely the right approach though, so I'd also be very interested to hear others suggestions ☺️0
