I had this exact problem. In the end I decided to create another login but then when I tried to login with the new details, it said there was a problem with my details and I needed to phone them. Tried to do this but got sick of holding on so I have no idea what is happening with my account now.

I opened one of these but at the beginning of October when the rate was 2%. Showed up in my online banking somewhere between 9 and 12 days later! Pretty useless now as Sains never up the rate on these existing accounts. Apparently it will close itself if not funded within 60 days so that's my plan. We'll see.

I wonder if you can open more than one account, increasing the number of withdrawal you can make without penalty?
