Moorcroft

Options
Has anyone had any dealings with Moorcroft “field agents” being sent to your home? Received a letter that they would be sending someone. For a very old debt which was being managed by Link. Sent a CCA request over 2 years ago. Couldn’t obtain and sent me a letter stating this plus that the debt was unenforceable. Never heard anything else, now been passed to Moorcroft. Should I send them the correspondence I received from Link?

Be VERY careful to make sure that this person cannot gain access to your home. If possible, hand out the copy paperwork through the window rather than opening the door.

They're not bailiffs so have no rights over goods or property.

A waste of everyone's time really
