Hi All
Has anyone ever bought a house that was sold within 6 months (of appearing on land registry) with a mortgage?
I had an offer accepted on a property, the seller is a house for cash company who bought the house back in June. Now finding issues with lenders!
Thanks

If it is showing on the land registry some lenders allow within 6 months some don't.
I used Virgin money, but if I remember correctly Barclays also do and some others.matthew91822 said:Hi All

There are plenty that will lend before 6 months, and then there are some of those that only lend depending on the reason for cash purchase. So you might find that a lender publishes that they do these, but then they dont for this particular reason.
I've never had an issue placing these but i do recommend speaking to a broker to ensure you dont end up with the wrong lender0
