Tempur Mattresses & similar

Does anyone know a cheap source of Termpur matresses or similar Visco-elastic foam matresses? I'm looking for a 5 foot wide one. Also looking for cheap Tempur pillows. The best I've found locally in the Norwich area is 20% off list price.
