Studying CeMap- best route

Can anyone shed some light on the best way to study CeMap?

i have thought of buying the study material direct from London Institute of Banking and Finance and using all the study help they have available like past papers etc etc.

OR is it better to study it through one of the many course providers? Such as simplyacademy, uacademy etc etc.

Can I not access all I will need to pass through London Institute of Banking and Finance? So why use anyone else?

thanks 👍

  • My work signed me up to LIBF. I find it's probably enough to help you pass. You get all the materials but the online section is very good. Wish there were more past papers though.

Yes I was thinking the LIBF would probably suffice.
How many past papers are there, for example for Cemap 1.?

There are 4 I believe so enough but I love doing the quizzes so want to get my hands on more.

I find doing loads of questions then reviewing your answer and re-studying the subjects you got wrong as the best for of revision as well.

is it possible to access more through LIBF? Paying for more perhaps?

Unfortunately not. Someone said they sell them on eBay so that might be a route to go down.

I think you can buy them off ebay. Thats where I used to get past papers from.
Your making me feel old... LIBF? It was the IFS I think when I did it!

I did mine through Simply Academy.   They sent me the full cemap literature from IFS (or LIBF now) but i didnt even unwrap it as they broke it down really well into modules that had hundreds and hundreds of practice questions.  There is only finite number of questions they can ask so when I did the test I ended up recognising most of the questions (albeit with different numbers)

Dont know how much premium they charge for the service now. When i did it I think it was only marginally more expensive to do it this way
