We have just heard that Welcome Finance although in liquidation still something kind of hold on our property and nobody to be able to find out or tell us about it we wondering if you could tell us anything about this sort of thing we did have a loan with them before they went into liquidation

Presumably there is a charge over the property and your solicitor/conveyancer needs to find out who purchased Welcome's assets to enable the removal of the charge.I am a mortgage broker.
